ArmInfo. Parliamentary diplomacy is at the heart of relations between France and Armenia.  This statement was made by the Ambassador of France to Armenia,  Olivier Decottignies, in his Twitter microblog, referring to the  outcomes of his meeting with Vladimir Vardanyan, the head of the  Armenia-France Friendship Group in the RA National Assembly.  

The French diplomat particularly reported that the meeting with the MP  involved a review of the outcomes of the collaboration between the  two countries.
