ArmInfo.During the government hour in parliament on January 22, MP Garnik Danielyan from the opposition faction "Hayastan" asked Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, who is also the co-chairman of the commissions for the delimitation of the Armenian- Azerbaijani border, if there are any plans to transfer a section of the Armenia-Georgia interstate highway (M4) in the area of the village of Voskepar-Kirants in the Tavush region to Azerbaijan.
"We are obligated to publish the agreements reached as a result of our work and, according to the regulations, we do not go beyond this framework," Grigoryan said. However, he noted that the deputy can find answers to his questions in the approved regulations of the decision-making committees. "Did anyone in the room understand anything you said?" Danielyan asked, noting with surprise and asking for a specific answer to the specific question he had posed. In response, Grigoryan insisted that the issues on which decisions are made are publicly disclosed. Specifically, an official press release was issued after the last meeting of the committees, and if the question raised by the deputy "is not reflected in this agreement, it means there is no such agreement."
