ArmInfo. On January 19, a liturgy for the representatives of the military-political leadership of Artsakh was held in the Mother See of Etchmiadzin under the leadership of Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II.
As reported by the Chancellery of the Mother See of Etchmiadzin, the liturgy was held by Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan. He offered a prayer to God for the representatives of the military-political leadership of the Republic of Artsakh, servicemen and civilians captured by Azerbaijan and illegally held in Baku on trumped-up charges.
As ArmInfo previously reported, on January 17, under the chairmanship of Judge Zeynal Agayev, the Baku Military Court is considering the "indictment" against the former leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh. Among the accused are three former presidents of Nagorno-Karabakh: Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan and Arayik Harutyunyan. Also appearing before the court will be former Foreign Minister David Babayan, Parliament Speaker David Ishkhanyan, former Defense Army Commander General Levon Mnatsakanyan, General David Manukyan and former State Minister Ruben Vardanyan.
