Holding such an event at the Russian Embassy in Armenia this year is a positive indication that Russia and Armenia will make further progress in developing their bilateral relations in the upcoming year. For me, there is a certain symbolism in this," the diplomat said. During the award ceremony for the winners of the 15th national competition of pedagogical excellence, it was announced that Hripsime Avakyan, a mathematics teacher at Yerevan School No. 69, won the award for the "Best teacher teaching in Russian."
