ArmInfo. The balanced foreign policy of the Republic of Armenia reaches its primary harbor. This is how Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan commented on the signing of the Charter on Strategic Partnership between Washington and Yerevan from his Facebook page.
He noted that relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran are more meaningful than ever. They are based on natural interests, which is the most reliable basis for cooperation and a guarantee of stability of relations.
Relations with Georgia are developing along the path of strategic partnership, opening up new prospects and potential for development.
A visible basis for mutual understanding with Turkey has been formed.
The Republic of Armenia has proposed constructive solutions to all issues in relations with Azerbaijan. It did not make proposals, but rather offered solutions. In this context, all attempts to provoke escalation in the region are devoid of legitimacy and grounds, which means there will be no opportunity for tension in the situation.
"Our relations with the Russian Federation are more practical than ever and are focused on specific issues without emotional packaging. We seek to develop these relations based on mutually beneficial cooperation and sovereignty. Our friendship with France has strengthened and developed. Relations with the European Union are now closer than ever," the Prime Minister emphasized.
He noted that a strategic partnership with the United States of America is being launched.
"Our relations with India have acquired new weight and significance, and relations with China are developing and deepening. New opportunities for partnership have opened up in the Middle East. This positioning creates solid preconditions for successfully serving the agenda of independence, sovereignty and inviolability of the statehood of Armenia, which will be implemented in the upcoming stages of implementing a balanced and equitable foreign policy," Nikol Pashinyan said. Let us recall that the Charter on Strategic Partnership between Armenia and the United States was signed in Washington the day before.
