ArmInfo. The cave mentality of "living well means eating well" must be stopped with the help of healthy, progressive forces that will be able to tell the Armenian people something different and will come to power with ideas that suit Armenia. Political scientist Vahe Hovhannisyan wrote about this on his Facebook page, commenting on the post of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
Recall that Pashinyan stated on social networks that "living well means working hard, earning a lot and spending a lot." "There is simply no other way to live well," the head of government believes.
In this regard, Hovhannisyan noted that this latest marathon of ignorance requires an answer, since living well is, first of all, using opportunities to prevent military actions with a huge number of victims and losses. "It is impossible to live well when you have the death of 5,000 people on your conscience. It is impossible to live well when a large part of your homeland is being destroyed before your eyes. It is impossible to live well when your compatriots are being tried in Baku. No matter how much money you earn and how well- fed you are, it is impossible to live well when your dignity is humiliated. It is impossible to live well when the enemy constantly threatens to attack. A normal person cannot live in such conditions," the political scientist noted.
He added that it is impossible to live well when there are thousands of graves all over Armenia. "And finally, since getting an education is fashionable now, and we are gradually beginning to adapt to the trends of the modern world, it is worth remembering that developed societies have come to the understanding that well-being and happiness are not determined by money. People do not want to have a lot of money, but they want to have a healthy environment, social guarantees, a reliable government, opportunities for self- expression and not fight every day. There are countries where having a lot of money is shameful. There are countries that limit the opportunity to have a lot of money, for example, our beloved France. The cave mentality of "living well means eating well" must be stopped with the help of healthy, progressive forces that can tell the Armenian people something different and come to power with ideas that suit Armenia," Hovhannisyan noted.
