Gala concert of winners of national author`s song contest-festival held in Jermuk

ArmInfo. A gala concert of the winners of the national author's song contest-festival was held in Jermuk. The event was attended by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia Zhanna Andreasyan, Deputy Minister Daniel Danielyan, representatives of the government and local governments.

As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia, welcoming those present and congratulating the winners and prize-winners, Zhanna Andreasyan thanked them for participating in the first-ever competition-festival and the festive atmosphere created. "The expectation of a New Year's miracle was justified thanks to your creations. Thank you for your courage to be the first. It is always difficult to be the first, and this courage and bravery deserve special praise, because we have a serious need to promote the development of the state, which is based on creative people. Our policy is to encourage and create an  environment in every possible way, where the creative mind has the opportunity to express itself, and art has an audience and  environment. Jermuk is perhaps one of the best places for creativity and we were not mistaken in choosing the place," the minister said.

The gala concert was followed by an award ceremony, during which the best performers and winners of special prizes were announced.
