Armenia`s Prosecutor`s Office re-establishes government control over 2 land plots 

ArmInfo. On December 27, 2024, the property located at 32/1 and 36/1 Mher Mkrtchyan Street in Tsaghkadzor was transferred to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia. This is stated in the statement of the RA Prosecutor General's Office.

The supervisory authority recalled that by the decision of the  Anti-Corruption Court of January 12, 2024, the claim of the  Prosecutor General's Office was satisfied, according to which the results of the auctions held for lots 22 and 24 were declared  invalid, according to which a land plot of 26,700 sq.m. located at 32/1 Mkrtchyan Street with a market price of 431.9 million drams and a land plot of 26,400 sq.m. located at 36/1 Mher Mkrtchyan Street with a market price of 213.5 million drams were returned to the state.
