Armenia`s government to consider purchasing 250 eletric buses 

ArmInfo. Yerevan City Hall intends to purchase 250 electric buses.

At a working meeting in the capital's municipality, Mayor's Advisor  Anneta Babayan reported that the project for purchasing electric buses is already ready and has been discussed with international partners. It is planned that funds from the Asian Development Bank's special fund will be attracted to implement the preliminary version of the program. Work is nearing completion on drawing up an investment program, which will be submitted to the RA Ministry of  Economy by the end of the year for submission to the country's  government.

Recall that earlier Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan instructed  responsible persons to begin negotiations with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to attract the relevant financial resources.
