Court invalidates Yerevan City Hall`s decision to increase parking  fees in city center

The administrative court has invalidated the decision made by the Yerevan City Hall, which came into effect on January 1, 2024, to significantly increase parking fees in the city center and several adjacent areas. This information was shared on social networks by Hayk Kostanyan, the mayor's press secretary.

<To prevent further manipulation, we want to inform you that the  court decision has not yet become final and will be appealed by the  municipality within a month,> Kostanyan wrote.

He added that payments made previously are not subject to return,  even after the court decision comes into force.
