


ArmInfo. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia has developed a package of legislative initiatives that will improve public safety, simplify administration and make life easier for citizens.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, drivers will soon be able to drive vehicles without a driver's license. If a driver does not have a driver's license, but has the right to drive a car, and this is confirmed by a Patrol Service employee through software control, he is exempt from administrative liability.
At the same time, driving vehicles without a driver's license and without a driver's license will initially lead to administrative liability, and in case of repeated violations - to criminal liability, since in this case we may be talking about dangers for other road users.
The procedure for driving a car with a foreign driver's license in the RA will be simplified for citizens of the republic who have dual citizenship.
The sale of knives and similar items to minors will be prohibited.
The bills will be put into circulation in the coming days.
