David Arushanyan  resigns mandate

ArmInfo. On December 11, David Arushanyan, a member of Parliament from the ruling Civil Contract faction, submitted of a resignation notice to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan. This is outlined in a statement of the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.  "According to Part 2 of Article 155 of the Constitutional Law "Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly", if an MP withdraws their resignation notice in writing, within one week after its publication, the Speaker shall inform about it in the statement. If the MP does not withdraw the notice of resignation, a protocol on the termination of their powers is prepared,  signed and published by the Chairman of the National Assembly," Simonyan's statement says.
