ArmInfo. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic to the Republic of Armenia, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Armenia.
As reported by the press service of the Prime Minister, Pashinyan noted that during the Ambassador's tenure, a positive dynamic of cooperation between Armenia and Italy has been established. He expressed hope that in the future this dynamic will not only be maintained, but also continue to develop and strengthen. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the importance of expanding bilateral ties, particularly in the political, economic and cultural spheres. Alfonso Di Riso expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for the strong cooperation and highlighted the progress in economic relations, particularly in the textile industry. The Ambassador emphasized the significance of collaborative cultural initiatives and mentioned ongoing efforts to organize a new exhibition. The meeting also covered latest developments in the peace treaty negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the border delimitation process.
