Armenian Deputy FM, Austrian Ambassador discuss normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan

ArmInfo. Deputy Foreign  Minister of Armenia Paruyr Hovhannisyan received the Ambassador of  Austria to Armenia (residence in Tbilisi) Robert Gerschner.  As  reported by the press service of the Foreign Ministry, the meeting  involved discussions on the existing high-level political dialogue  between the two countries and the positive dynamics in bilateral  relations in recent years. They emphasized the importance of  expanding effective partnership in areas of mutual interest, such as  trade, investment, education, culture, technology, and other fields.

During the meeting, the process of normalizing relations between  Armenia and Azerbaijan was touched upon, along with the steps taken  by the Armenian side to ensure security and stability in the South  Caucasus. Additionally, the government's project "Crossroads of  Peace" was also mentioned.
