Armenia, Azerbaijan reluctant to listen to U.S., EU advice concerning  peace agreement 

ArmInfo. Azerbaijan and  Armenia are not really listening to the recommendations of the US and  EU on a peaceful settlement, preferring to resolve all issues  independently. This was stated by the director of the Russian Foreign  Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin in an interview with the  Russian magazine "Razvedchik". 

According to him, "the American "obsession" with Ukraine is beginning  to have a destructive effect on the entire global financial and  military-political system built by Washington. The US is losing the  initiative on all fronts: from the Middle East to Asia and Africa.  "And in the post-Soviet space, they have had complete failures,"  Naryshkin said. 

As another example of the truth of his words, in addition to Armenia  and Azerbaijan, Naryshkin suggested looking at the situation in  Georgia. "Look, in Georgia, where the puppet (Mikheil) Saakashvili  was recently snacking on ties, the Westerners failed to prevent the  ruling party "Georgian Dream" from winning the elections. Having  realized the perniciousness of blind orientation towards the West,  the Georgian authorities decided to act in their own interests and  are now consciously moving away from the ultra-liberal transhumanist  agenda imposed from outside, which is infinitely alien to traditional  Georgian values," the SVR director added.

Naryshkin noted that in Moldova, the (Maia) Sandu regime barely  managed to pull off the desired result in the elections, de facto  recording a deep split in Moldovan society.
