ArmInfo. Armenia's absence at the CSTO summit in Astana does not create a positive image for the country, as stated by the State Secretary of the Security Council of  Belarus, Alexander Volfovich, when discussing Armenia's  non-participation in CSTO events. "Of course, the intentional  non-attendance of one of the members does not create a positive image  for Armenia," the State Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council  said on  Belarus 1. However, he added, this does not affect the  organization's overall agenda. According to Volfovich, all issues  addressed and approved at the meeting of the foreign ministers,  defense ministers and secretaries of the Security Councils of the  CSTO member states in Astana on Thursday were thoroughly reviewed by  the heads of state.
