Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Armenia, Marieke Harriet Monroy-Winter. As reported by the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Pashinyan congratulated the Ambassador on assuming office and wished her success in further enhancing collaboration between Armenia and the Netherlands.
Nikol Pashinyan noted that in recent years, there has been close cooperation established between the two countries and an active political dialogue is underway. The head of state expressed hope that, as a result of effective bilateral work, relations in various fields will continue to expand. The Ambassador emphasized the interest of the Dutch government in developing relations with Armenia, including promoting democratic reforms, expanding economic ties and developing relations between Armenia and the European Union. The interlocutors also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
