as you finish the term as #EU HR for Foreign & Security Policy, I  express appreciation for dedication to our shared values & commitment  to make Armenia-EU partnership stronger. 

These were difficult times, with huge challenges, requiring  unprecedented efforts.

We achieved new milestones in bringing Armenia closer to EU, & I look  forward to continuing the path with Kaja Kallas.
