Ordinary vandalism: Azerbaijanis destroyed  "Koltsevaya" in occupied  Stepanakert

ArmInfo.The small center of occupied Stepanakert, known as "Koltsevaya", has been destroyed by Azerbaijan.This was reported by the Artsakh Ombudsman's Office on Twitter (X).  "Dozens of public and private buildings have been bulldozed, erasing the century long history of Stepanakert and intentionally destroying Armenian property.

The genocide of Artsakh  continues with the connivance of the international community," the  Artsakh Ombudsman's Office said in a statement.  It is noteworthy  that the Armenian authorities and the international community are  maintaining a deathly silence in response to the destruction of  Artsakh property by the Azerbaijani occupation forces.
