


ArmInfo.David Khudatyan, who currently serves as governor of the Armavir region, will head the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on a social network.
Khudatyan (born in 1981, member of the ruling Civil Contract party) headed the region on January 11, 2024. He received a higher education in Information Management Systems (2008-2014, he studied at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of the State University of Economics of Armenia).
On November 15, at a cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Pashinyan, addressing the heads of law enforcement agencies and the judicial system, said that his patience had run out. "I will not allow anyone to think that they can disobey the prime minister. From now on, I will give ideological, conceptual directions, and the state system will have to fit into this," Nikol Pashinyan said.
After this, a number of officials resigned, including the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Gnel Sanosyan. The president signed a decree on Sanosyan's dismissal on November 19. It should be noted that in a similar way - through a post on the FB social network, this morning the prime minister announced the future appointment of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
