To the question from members of the Council of Elders <why benefits are not provided for forcibly displaced Artsakh residents>, without giving any specific answer, he only referred to the fact that the central government of Armenia has implemented and continues to implement various support programs for the residents of Artsakh.
At the same time, speaking about the unified ticket system, the vice-mayor noted that the latter will start working next year, and there are no prerequisites related to its unpreparedness. However, he reminded that in case of deviations from the work, the citizen should not suffer. <For example, if the validator does not work, then the citizen is not required to look for an alternative payment method>, - Grigoryan emphasized.
At the same time, he noted that projects related to the payment control system in public transport and new public transport stops are also being discussed separately.
