French ambassador to Armenia recalls Artsakh Armenians` right to  return 

ArmInfo. French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decotigny recalled the right of the people of Artsakh to return to their homes.

"On November 17, 2023, the International Court of Justice confirmed  the right of Armenians forced to leave Nagorno-Karabakh to return to  their homes. A year later, this decision remains unfulfilled by  Azerbaijan. France does not forget anything and will not give in to  anything either in terms of the right to return or in matters of  protecting cultural and religious heritage," Decottignies wrote on X.

The final stage of de-Armenization of Artsakh by Azerbaijan was  implemented in September 2023 under the tacit encouragement of the  international community. Today, Azerbaijan is busy appropriating and  destroying the property of the people of Artsakh, destroying and  falsifying the Armenian identity of the cultural and religious  heritage in the occupied territories of the NKR.
