Pashinyan, Aliyev chat around BRICS summit table

ArmInfo. The BRICS summit continued in Kazan on Thursday. The "BRICS friends" countries were seated near the round table at the plenary session in alphabetical order. Therefore,  Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev were next to each other. This was reported by the Baku Turan agency 

According to the information, having sat down at the table, Pashinyan  and Aliyev had a short talk.  According to the regulations, they will  sit next to each other until the end of the summit. The heads of the  two countries foreign Ministries Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov,  later joined their conversation.  Apparently, the authors of the note  believe that the parties discussed the possibility of holding a  separate meeting. 

At the same time, as reported by the press service of the head of the  Armenian government, within the framework of the summit in Kazan,  Nikol Pashinyan had brief conversations with foreign partners. In  particular, he exchanged ideas with the President of the People's  Republic of China Xi Jinping, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of  India Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, the Deputy Prime Minister, the  Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.  Bilateral relations and issues of international importance were  addressed.
