Former Armenian ambassador to Russia awarded Order of Friendship 

ArmInfo.On October 23, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mikhail  Galuzin presented the Order of Friendship to the Ambassador  Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Russia Vagharshak  Harutyunyan, who has completed his mission, awarded to him by the  decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin for  his services in strengthening friendship, cooperation and mutual  understanding between our countries. This is stated in the message of  the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation.
