ArmInfo.The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), based on a complaint from a group of lawyers, has requested the Armenian government to explain the situation regarding the lack of medical treatment for former RA Finance Minister Gagik Khachatryan, following a complain from a group of lawyers.

This is stated in a message received by ArmInfo from the Khachatryan family's legal representatives.
