Aram Torosyan elected head of National Progress 

ArmInfo. Aram Torosyan has been elected head of the National Progress faction. This was  announced by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan during the meeting of the  Council of Elders on October 15, citing information provided by  National Progress.

He also reported that the mandate of the member of the Council of  Elders from National Progress Vahagn Isoyan, who filed an application  for early termination of his powers, has been transferred to the next  candidate on the list, Mushegh Hakobyan.

At the same time, the mayor stated that the mandates of the members  of the Council of Elders from the Public Voice faction, whose powers  were terminated early, are being transferred to the following  candidates - Lusine Badalyan and Diana Alekyan. Speaking about the  latter, Avinyan noted that she left the Public Voice faction, but  retained her powers as a member of the Council of Elders.
