MEP Fernand Kartheiser calls on Azerbaijan to release Armenian  prisoners 

ArmInfo.MEP Fernand Kartheiser posted the following message on his X account. He enclosed  a letter addressed to the Azerbaijani ambassador to the EU. 

"With the eyes of the world on Baku for COP29, I have written to the  Azeri ambassador to the EU to push for peace with Armenia.

"Baku must:

"guarantee Armenia's territorial integrity

"preserve Armenian cultural heritage in Nagorno Karabakh

"release political prisoners"
