There is an unresolved article in the peace treaty, proposed by  Azerbaijan several months ago

ArmInfo. There is an article in the peace treaty with Baku, which was proposed by Azerbaijan  several months ago and was not agreed upon, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the Global Armenian Summit on September 18.  

<Let's say there is a specific number of articles that have been  agreed upon. One party may suggest that there is an additional  article that needs to be agreed upon. We can agree to this, but then  it may turn out that there is yet another article that requires  agreement.  That is, it is no written rule stating that a peace  treaty must have 25 articles and cannot have 14 or 17 articles. The  problem here is political will.> Pashinyan said.
