No state or bloc capable of ensuring Armenia`s security, occupied  territories can be returned through negotiations - Nilkol Pashinyan

ArmInfo.The previously existing security architecture of Armenia has proven to be ineffective. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on September 18 at the Second World Armenian Summit.

Pashinyan is convinced that there is no country or military-political  bloc in the world capable of ensuring the security of the Republic of  Armenia. Only the Republic of Armenia itself can achieve this if it  ensures peace in its region, which is what the activities of the  Armenian authorities are aimed at, he noted. It is within the  framework of this logic, and not with the aim of laying claim to the  territories of neighboring countries, that the RA is reforming its  Armed Forces.
