ArmInfo. The ruling faction "Civil Contract" refuses to shed light on the situation with the uncoordinated clause of the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Earlier in parliament, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan once again called on Baku to sign the agreed text on the establishment of peace and relations as soon as possible. The Prime Minister noted that the title, preamble and 13 articles of the peace treaty have been fully agreed upon. Another 3 articles, consisting of two sentences, have been partially agreed upon. One of the sentences in these articles has been agreed upon, the other has not.
So, what clause are the parties unable to reach an agreement on?, the media asked the ruling faction on September 16 during parliamentary briefings.
The RA Prime Minister conveyed the maximum amount of information for this stage, faction secretary Artur Hovhannisyan said. According to him, since negotiations are a dynamic process, it is not worth concentrating on what is available at a specific time.
On September 1, Armenia handed over the 10th package of the draft peace treaty to the Azerbaijani side.
