Armenia, China ready to develop defense cooperation

ArmInfo. Minister of Defense of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Minster of Defense of China, Admiral Dong Jun, on the sidelines of his visit to China.   According to the Defense Ministry's press service, during the meeting  the sides emphasized the importance of high-level relations between  the two countries in various domains, including defense.  

They also highlighted that military cooperation has advanced significantly in  recent years, expanding into new directions.

Papikian and Jun expressed their commitment to further advancing  cooperation between the two countries, including high-level  interactions between their armed forces.  According to the source,  international and regional security issues were also discussed.
