ArmInfo. The document being discussed between Yerevan and Baku is not a - it is  merely a consolidation of unilateral concessions. This was stated by Artur Khachatryan, a member of the Hayastan faction, at a briefing on September 10.

The  best mediation format today is the OSCE Minsk Group, which will also  act as a guarantor of the implementation of the agreements reached,  Khachatryan added. 

On June 6, 2024, Azerbaijan proposed that Armenia jointly appeal to  the OSCE to abolish the OSCE Minsk Group, which was carrying out a  mediation mission in the settlement of the Karabakh problem. As  stated by the Baku leader Ilham Aliyev, there is no need for the OSCE  MG and it is currently de facto non- functional. The President of  Azerbaijan noted that it should be abolished de jure as well. He  accused the Minsk Group of trying to freeze the Karabakh conflict for  28 years. On June 12, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that  starting from February 2022 and even a little earlier, the co-chair  countries and, in general, the Minsk Group countries have not spoken  to each other. , he said.
