ArmInfo. The issue of creating a corridor and transferring its control to a third party has  not been discussed. This was stated by the head of the Armenian  Foreign Ministry Ararat Mirzoyan on September 9 during a joint press  conference with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of  Luxembourg Xavier Bethel.

"Nothing has changed in our position - it is unacceptable to us and  we reject any control by third parties," he emphasized.  The head of  the MFA noted that the only option discussed was involving  representatives of a private company licensed in both countries.  These representatives, would accompany the cargo or passenger cars  directly on the train in the event of unblocking, such as, the  railway infrastructure, to enhance the sense of security for  citizens.
