ArmInfo. The issue of returning Armenian prisoners should not be included in the peace treaty with Baku, as it is currently being discussed at various venues, Alen Simonyan, Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, stated on September 9.
He mentioned that the issue was included in the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020. "The issue is constantly being discussed, but Azerbaijan is acting in a very negative manner" he said. According to the speaker, the peace treaty is a very dynamic document. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that tomorrow it will also include issues related to prisoners and detainees.
