In his opinion, . , Karasin said. As EADaily reported, Armenia withdrew its signature from the Council of Europe declaration, which approved the ICC warrant for the of Putin.
This fact was discovered after the publication of the final version of the document on the CE website. It follows from it that the ICC warrant was supported by Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine and Moldova, the USA, Canada, Germany, France, Great Britain, as well as Georgia and a number of other countries. The signature of the representative of Armenia is missing, although it was there in the initial draft of the declaration.
At the same time, Armenia ratified the Rome Statute of the ICC in October 2023 and assumed the corresponding legal obligations. The participants of the Council of Europe adopted the document on September 6. It calls for the creation of a special tribunal . The declaration lists the ICC warrants for the of Vladimir Putin, children's ombudsman Maria Lvova- Belova, Secretary of the Security Council Sergei Shoigu, and others.
