Armenia MP Gurgen Arsenyan`s parliamentary powers terminated

ArmInfo. Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Alen Simonyan has signed a protocol on the termination of Gurgen Arsenyan's powers as a deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from the ruling "Civil Contract" faction. 

"Taking as a basis the resignation letter of the deputy by the requirements of  Article 154.1.6. and  Article 155 2.2 of the Constitutional law " The Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly", consider the powers of the deputy Gurgen Arsenyan, elected by the electoral list of the Civil Contract party, terminated," reads the respective protocol signed by the National Assembly Speaker. 

To note that Gurgen Arsenyan will be appointed as the Ambassador of Armenia to Russia in the coming days.
