ArmInfo. The fifth scientific and educational Arctic expedition of Rosatom "Icebreaker of Knowledge - 2024" will be held from August 13 to 23.

According to the press service of the Armenian NPP, the peculiarity  of the 2024 expedition is that schoolchildren from different  countries will take part in the trip to the North Pole. Considering  the significant role of the Armenian NPP in popularizing scientific  and technical education among young people, the children of the  Armenian NPP employees also had the opportunity to take part in the  event. The winner was chosen by secret ballot of the special jury of  "Icebreaker of Knowledge - 2024". It was Artur Sharyan, whose father  and grandfather work at the station.

Artur is the holder of the 2nd degree diploma of the Rosatom School  project, he is an active participant in a number of other events. The  management of the Armenian NPP wished Artur a successful trip,  emphasizing the importance of the scale of the educational events  planned during the trip, the interest in the Arctic theme, as well as  the unique opportunity to view polar landscapes that will be provided  to the participants during the trip.
