What rights of Artsakh Armenians can be discussed, with Armenia`s  `bicycle` foreign policy? - expert

ArmInfo. For Azerbaijan, all those who talk about the rights of Armenians are "revanchists."  Ex-deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, expert on Azerbaijan Tatevik Hayrapetyan wrote in her Telegram channel.

The expert noted that a few days ago, the Iranian Ambassador to  Armenia, in an interview with the Armenian service of Radio Liberty,  spoke about the right of Artsakh Armenians to return. "Sobhani is not  the first ambassador to talk about this. I myself, being at  receptions, heard how some ambassadors raised this issue. This is an  issue on which no one can have a second opinion. The Armenians of  Artsakh were forced to leave their home and homeland , therefore,  they have an indisputable right to return. Meanwhile, the news  publication (caliber.az), managed by the Ministry of Defense of  Azerbaijan, decided to accuse the ambassador of "revanchism" and  stated in the article that the Armenians lived there "illegally" and  Mesrop Mashtots "illegally." "founded the first Armenian school in  Amaras," Hayrapetyan wrote.

She added that the issue of the rights of Artsakh Armenians has been  removed from the agenda by the RA government. "As Nikol Pashinyan (RA  Prime Minister - ed.) once said, there is exceptional international  consolidation on this issue. But what can we talk about when our  "bicycle" foreign policy prevails," the expert noted
