Stepanakert Russian Drama to present its next performance in Yerevan

ArmInfo. The Stepanakert Russian Drama Theater (SRDT) will present its next performance in Yerevan.  This time, the Yerevan audience will see an immersive production of SDDT "Dangerous Turn" based on the play of the same name by the English classic John B. Priestley (1932).

This story is created in the best traditions of the psychological English hermetic detective  story. It has been filmed and staged several times on various theater  stages in different countries, but for the first time the play will  be performed with the participation of spectators. , says the  SDDT message.

The performance will take place in "House A" (69 Aygedzor St.), on  July 7, 9 and 10 with the participation of the ARMENIAN HERITAGE  organization and the Teryan cultural center. The SDDT was established in March 2022 in the city of Stepanakert,  where it was in force until September 2023. With the support of the  Organization, DIALOG was revived and operates in Yerevan. The founder  and director of the theater is Alexander Bordov. Artistic director -  Zhanna Krikorova. Board of Trustees - Yuri Navoyan (chairman),  Alexander Krikunov, Samvel Karakhanyan.

This is already the fourth premiere of SDDT in Yerevan. In January of  this year, the theater presented the play "At the top of my voice"  based on V. Mayakovsky. It is worth noting that this was the last  performance that was played in besieged Stepanakert in July 2023. In  March, the experimental play "Iranian Conference" based on the play  by I. Vyrypaev was successfully held, and in April - the incendiary  comedy "Stuffed cabbage rolls by advertisement" based on the play by  A. Fink.
