Armenia has not yet received response to proposal made to Azerbaijan  to sign peace agreement in month - Mirzoyan

ArmInfo.Armenia has not yet received a response to the proposal made to Azerbaijan to sign a  peace agreement in a month. RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated at the joint press conference with Foreign Minister of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis in Vilnius today.

"Yerevan considers it important to complete the negotiations on  signing the agreement and, in turn, is ready to sign it within a  month," Mirzoyan said.

He added that Baku has not only not responded to Yerevan's  initiatives, but has also begun to put forward new demands, which, at  a minimum, raise questions in terms of Azerbaijan's sincerity and its  desire to achieve peace in the region.
