ArmInfo. The concept of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan about the real Armenia is a kneeling, surrendered and enslaved country. MP from the "I have the honor" opposition faction Tigran Abrahamyan wrote this on his Facebook page.
According to him, Pashinyan's hatred towards the former military and political leaders of Artsakh, who are in Baku prisons, has its own reasons. "Firstly, a person who uses obscene language towards those in prison reveals the essence of his inner fears and subhuman nature, knowing full well that these people have no way to respond to him. Secondly, any person who speaks from a position of defending statehood - from an active citizen and military man to a statesman - is an enemy of the Pashinyan government," the oppositionist noted.
He added that t Pashinyan himself is the first to blame for the prisoners of war in Baku prisons. As a result of his failure in negotiations, not only Artsakh was surrendered and the key territories of Armenia were occupied by Azerbaijan, but thousands of people were killed and injured, many of whom spent a long time in hellish prison conditions.
The exact number of Armenian prisoners of war and hostages held in Azerbaijani prisons is still unknown. Among those held in Azerbaijani captivity are 8 representatives of the military-political leadership of Artsakh. These are the former presidents of Artsakh Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, former Minister of Foreign Affairs David Babayan, as well as the speaker of parliament David Ishkhanyan, former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, General Levon Mnatsakanyan, General David Manukyan and former state minister Ruben Vardanyan.
