ArmInfo. The Armenian authorities are provoking a civil war in the country. This is stated in the article by the leader of the National Unity Party Artashes Geghamyan.
As the politician noted, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his associates, led by the special services of the USA, Great Britain and Turkey, are leading the country to a civil war, aiming to destabilize the situation in the country with the widespread use of technologies tested in Ukraine, aimed at inciting anti- Russian sentiments. "Pashinyan's anti-people regime is in agony, which is especially obvious these days, when the national liberation movement, led by the worthy son of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, has gained real popularity. Pashinyan and his entourage are aware of the inevitability of the destruction of their regime, established in 2018 as a result of a coup d'etat. His masters, who have recently begun to appear in Armenia very often under far-fetched pretexts, are also aware of this. Russia's successes in the Special Military Operation in the Ukrainian theater of military operations against NATO make the provocation to open a second front in the South Caucasus especially relevant," Geghamyan emphasized. He added that Pashinyan, driven into a corner by his employers due to the delay in the withdrawal of the 102nd Russian military base from Armenia and the border detachment of the Russian FSB, guided by the instinct of self-preservation, resorts to terror against thousands of citizens of the country who are actively participating in the peaceful "Tavush for the Motherland" movement led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan.
The leadership of the National Unity Party, emphasizing the popularity of the national liberation movement, expresses confidence that Armenia will get rid of Pashinyan's anti-people regime in the shortest possible time. We consider it our most important task to prevent the outbreak of a civil war in Armenia, realizing that this will inevitably lead to the collapse of the Armenian statehood. In the extremely alarming situation that has developed in the country and in the South Caucasus region, we are convinced that the Russian Federation is a reliable guarantor of peace, independence and sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia.
