ArmInfo. The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia filed a claim to the court for the confiscation of illegally acquired property of former Director General of Gazprom Armenia CJSC, former Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia Vardan Harutyunyan and persons associated with him.
According to the report of the supervisory authority, the prosecutor demands the confiscation of 23 real estate properties, 9 cars, a deposit of 473 thousand US dollars, a loan of 6 million 239 thousand dollars and 219 million 880 thousand drams from Harutyunyan. The prosecutor's office also intends to confiscate the property of the former head of the State Revenue Committee in London in the amount of 242 million 128 thousand drams.
