Samvel Minasyan appointed commander of territorial defense forces 

ArmInfo.By decree of Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Samvel Minasyan was appointed  commander of the territorial defense forces. This is reported on the website of the President of the Republic.

By another presidential decree, Minasyan was relieved of his post as  commander of territorial defense and reserve forces.
