ArmInfo.Judging by the number and sentiment of participants in peaceful, legal protests in the capital Yerevan and almost all regions at the moment, as well as other indirect indicators (for example, the number of spectators of the procession on live television), the sacred movement is gaining momentum. The expert suggested that today at 18:00 the rally on Republic Square will be more crowded than yesterday.
"Let me remind you that yesterday more than 50 thousand Armenians were present to express their protest and disagreement with the capitulatory and pro-Turkish policy pursued by the current de facto authorities," the Turkologist noted.
Today there are protests of disobedience throughout the country demanding the resignation of the current Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan. Citizens demand to stop serving the anti-state, pro-Turkish agenda.
From early morning, students of the country's largest universities went on strike and took to the streets in support of the "Tavush for the Motherland" movement, led by the head of the Tavush diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Bagrat Galstanyan.
