ArmInfo. At a meeting of the council of the youth organization of the European People's Party (EPP) in The Hague, a resolution presented by the French Republican Party on the situation in Artsakh and EU support for Armenia was  adopted.

According to the press service of the youth wing of the Republican  Party of Armenia, the resolution, adopted unanimously, in particular,  calls for: the European Union and its member states to actively  support the territorial integrity of Armenia; establish sanctions  against those responsible for aggression and violations of  international law, ensuring accountability and justice for the  population of Armenia; preserve the cultural and religious heritage  of Nagorno-Karabakh, encouraging international supervision and UNESCO  participation.

The resolution also calls on the leadership of Azerbaijan to  unconditionally release the leadership of Nagorno-Karabakh.

According to representatives of the youth wing of the RPA, Lilit  Beglaryan, during her speech she called for moving from words to  deeds and introducing sanctions against Azerbaijan.
