ArmInfo. Georgia unconditionally supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Armenia, as well as stability and peaceful coexistence in the South Caucasus. First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Lasha Darsalia stated in his video address to the participants of the Armenian-Georgian forum taking place in Yerevan.
According to him, Tbilisi is ready to contribute to ensuring stability and peace in the region. He recalled Georgia's initiatives to form a peaceful neighborhood, which involves equal participation and mutually beneficial cooperation between all countries of the South Caucasus.
The Deputy Minister expressed hope that the process of achieving peace between Yerevan and Baku will continue and maintain positive dynamics.
As for bilateral relations, as Lasha Darsalia emphasized, after the signing of the declaration "On the establishment of a strategic partnership between the Republic of Armenia and Georgia," relations between the two states reached a qualitatively new level. He also noted that Georgia welcomes the efforts of the Armenian government to intensify the political dialogue with the European Union.
