ArmInfo. Representatives of the Tatoyan Foundation carried out work to collect facts in Azatamut, Kayan, Berkaber, Kirants, Acharkut, Voskepar, Baganis Aire and other settlements of the Tavush region, as well as in sections of the indicated settlements of the interstate road, stated the ex-ombudsman of Armenia, the head of the Tatoyan Foundation, Arman Tatoyan.
"The collected facts once again confirm that we cannot allow the presence of Azerbaijani armed forces near our populated areas or on our roads. This will make people's lives impossible, grossly violate their rights and undermine security, isolate populated areas and seriously harm the security of Armenia, and this has nothing to do with the definition of boundaries (delimitation or demarcation)," Tatoyan noted, adding that later they will provide details of the data received from the field.
It is noteworthy that the current Ombudsman of Armenia Anahit Manasyan, who was supposed to, in fact, do this work, is busy with some more "important" matters. She was not interested in the fact that the enemy shelled civilians either in Syunik or in Tavush. On her part, the functions assigned to the person holding the position of Ombudsman are absolutely not fulfilled. Manasyan, a protege of the current government, ignores all incidents that are to some extent caused by the actions of the Armenian leadership.
