Azerbaijan, Turkiye to sign defense industry memorandums 

ArmInfo.Azerbaijan and Turkiye will sign memorandums in the field of defense industry. This was  announced at a meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the Turkish delegation led by President of Secretariat of Defense Industries under the Presidency of the Republic of Turkiye Haluk Gorgun.

According to Azerbaijani media sources, Haluk Gorgun informed Aliyev  about the planned signing of memorandums of understanding between  companies included in the Turkish delegation and Azerbaijani defense  industry companies on joint activities in several areas.

The Turkish delegation included: Chief Executive Officer of ASELSAN  Ahmet Akyol, General Manager of ASFAT Behcet Karatas, Chief Executive  Officer of HAVELSAN Mehmet Akif Nacar, General Director of Mechanical  and Chemical Industry Corporation Ilhami Kelesh, Chief Executive  Officer of REPKON Group Ibrahim Kulekci, Chief Executive Officer of  ROKETSAN Murat Ikinci, Chief Executive Officer of Defense  Technologies and Engineering Ozgur Guleryuz, Chief Executive Officer  of Turkish Aviation and Space Industry - TUSAS Temel Kotil.
