ArmInfo. Prime Ministers Nikol Pashinyan and Irakli Kobakhidze visited the new building of the Georgian Embassy in Armenia.
According to the press service of the RA government, the prime ministers of the two countries toured the territory of the embassy and got acquainted with the current conditions of the embassy.
Prime Minister Pashinyan congratulated his Georgian counterpart and the staff of the Georgian Embassy in Armenia on the opening of the new building and wished them success in their future activities.
"For the first time, the country has an embassy in the Republic of Armenia, the building of which belongs to Georgia. It is located in the central part of the city, where representative offices of other diplomatic missions are located, and includes a reception for citizens, an office, and conference rooms.
During the renovation of the building, ethnic and cultural elements were taken into account in the design. The new building of the Georgian Embassy in the Republic of Armenia is the 15th building that belongs to Georgia," the Administration of the Government of Georgia said in a statement. The Georgian Embassy building was acquired in 2024.
